A Stormwater Pollution Prevention Plan is the document New York City and New York State require for construction projects above a certain size, showing how the site will keep sediment and pollutants out of the drainage system during and after construction. Depending on the project, it can cover erosion and sediment controls, permanent stormwater practices, or both — along with inspections throughout construction.
AMC has prepared and defended SWPPPs across the five boroughs since 2000, including DEP submissions, agency comment responses, and Qualified Inspector site inspections. More about our stormwater services →
